From New York to Texas – A Dream Takes Root
Pastafina’s story begins in the Bronx, New York, in 1989. That’s when Jeff and his family arrived in the United States, carrying with them a love for authentic Italian cooking. Jeff spent years working in New York restaurants, learning from some of the best, and passing that knowledge down to his children.
A New Chapter in Texas
In 2009, after a visit to Texas, the family decided to make Weatherford their new home. A few years later, Jeff took over Pastafina, turning it into a place where people could gather, share a meal, and enjoy the warmth of true hospitality. What started as a small family venture quickly became a local favorite, drawing guests from Mineral Wells to Dallas.
More Than Just a Restaurant
“Family is everything,” says Al, Jeff’s son. “Our parents were always there for us—at school events, sports games, and celebrations. That same spirit is what we bring to Pastafina. Our staff isn’t just a team, they’re family. And when you dine with us, you become part of it, too.”

Jeff’s motivation has always been simple: bringing people together. “The best moments in life happen around the table,” he says. “Whether it’s a family dinner, a first date, or a gathering with friends, we want Pastafina to be the place where those memories are made.”
